A monetary assistance provided to clients without any interest to be paid by the client based on the terms and condition agreed by the Foundation and recipient. This service will provide capital/material assistance to clients for their income generating project.

 

Qualification of Beneficiary

 

1. Client must be a Released Person with Restored Liberty (PDL).

2. Client must have a referral letter with attached Initial Background Information using the El ProF intake Form with pictures and Barangay Certificate of Residency from the referring Agency.

3. If under Parole or Probation, client must be within the period of supervision of the Parole and Probation Administration.

4. Client must be mentally and physical healthy to undertake the livelihood project. In case the client is not physically capable to undertake, at least the living spouse has the capability to undertake the project; and

5. Client must have a permanent address or residency or if not, the referring agency will guarantee his/her whereabouts.
